* All ads are full color and run for a minimum of 4 months *, after which your ad will continue to run until you contact us to cancel it. * The DFW Kids Directory is a monthly distributed publication, but it is printed bi-monthly. Each printing deadline includes two separate monthly issues. The six print deadlines occur on the 10th day of the following months: February, April, June, August, October and December. All new ads, ad changes and cancellations are due in writing by these dates. * The DFW South Kids Directory bills are sent via email and can be paid via a link in the email through a secure credit card processing center (Visa or Mastercard) or can be printed and mailed with a check or money order. Billing is sent by the 15th of the month for the next month's ad and is due by the first of the month. For example, you will receive a bill by Jan. 15th for February's ad. Payment is due for the February ad on Feb. 1st. * All current advertisers receive a complimentary full ad display and link on our website as well as other web benefits. |
