Cooper Fitness Center Fit & Fun Camp
This day camp introduces various sports, physically-active games and overall wellness through daily fitness and nutrition lessons. Each week has a different schedule of games and sports that could include:
Sports such as soccer, volleyball and tennis.
Games such as relay races and parachute games.
Water Day each Friday�"water games (no swimming).
Through these activities, campers will enhance their agility, balance, coordination and social interaction.
Splash Camp add-on: Following Kids Camp, campers can enjoy a special swim session.

Cooper Fitness Center
Traditional sports such as volleyball, tennis, soccer, basketball, ultimate frisbee, etc. Non-traditional sporting activities that could include Martial Arts, Yoga, Parkour, etc. Camp style games such as capture the flag, relays, etc. Swimming for the older group and the option of swimming for the younger group in splash camp.
Kids Camp: ages 5-7
Youth Camp: ages 8-13
Camp Hours :
Kids Camp (ages 5-7): 9:00am-2:30pm
Splash Camp add-on: 2:30-4:00pm
Youth Camp (ages 8-13): 9:00am-4:00pm
Extended Care: 7:30-9:00 and 4:00-5:30
This action-packed day camp allows kids to try different sports and activities including:
Swimming, tennis, basketball, volleyball and more
Games such as blob tag, pillo pollo, capture the flag and relays
Daily fitness/sport or nutrition lesson that helps empower campers to make healthy choices and learn how fun fitness and wellness can be
Extended Care available for both age groups!
